Farm ShopTry the farm’s home-made products during your farm holiday in beautiful Castelrotto
Thanks to our agriculture and our own fruit and vegetable garden, we can offer you many delicious and home-made farm products in our Farm Shop: fresh milk from our cows, homemade yoghurt and cream cheese, eggs from our chickens, homemade juices and jam, honey, dry apple rings, lime blossom for infusion for cold, fruit and vegetables (depending on the season), as well as Caroma coffee and delicious South Tyrolean wine, tea, and pasta from the farms in S. Osvaldo. Our own products, which we are happy to add to you breakfast basket (on request), are also available in our Farm Shop. Do you love delicious, aromatic honey? Then you should definitely try the delicacies that our bees make from the region’s bee pollen. Nuts and sweet chestnuts for the Törggelen tradition in autumn also grow on our farm.
Farm breakfast with home-made products
On request, your friendly hosts will be happy to put together a morning breakfast basket for you. You may conveniently select its content from the order list. These include our own farm products: fruit spreads made from strawberries, peaches, plums, apricots, raspberries or cherries, elderflower and mint syrup, milk, natural yogurt and cream cheese, fresh eggs and boiled eggs, seasonal fruit and vegetables and home-baked cakes. Coffee and cocoa from the Caroma coffee roastery in Fiè allo Sciliar, salami and bacon from our village butcher, bread from our baker as well as cheese, butter and muesli from regional production complete the offer perfectly. You may also purchase them in our Farm Shop.
Delicious farm snacks made from farm produce
You are welcome to enjoy your breakfast in our farmhouse parlour and get in the mood for the new day in a beautiful ambiance. And if you have already tasted our farm products at breakfast, we will be happy to offer you a typical South Tyrolean farmer’s snack during the day. This includes bacon, cheese, sausage, cream cheese with herbs, butter, eggs, cucumber, hot potatoes and of course “Schüttelbrot” (crunchy rye bread).
